Our food truck started as a passion of CHEF T‘s after being in the food industry for over 23 years. She wanted to share her  love of food with the community. We started small, cooking up dishes in our home kitchens and selling them at local fairs and festivals. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap of faith and start our own food truck business back in 2020. 

Our menu is inspired by our travels and our love of bold, flavorful food. From gourmet stuffed tacos to SLAPN seafood boils , we offer a wide variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. We use only the freshest ingredients and source locally whenever possible. Our menu options changes daily to keep flavors rollin.
